Joseph Schooling swim a good 100 Fly at Olympics

What can I say about Joseph Schooling besides that "I AM PROUD OF YOU".

Joseph is only 17 years old and will have an amazing chance in 2016 if he keeps training hard and if he has a little luck a long the way ;-)

He swam a morning best with a 53.63 and most important he is walking away from London with the experience of being at the Olympics and swimming with of best of the best.

Go Team Singapore!

Go Bolles!!!

Thank You to Everyone at the Surrey Sports Park

I feel I need to write this time about the great people here at the Surrey Sports Park at the University of Surrey in Guildford. Their kindness and professionalism has made this camp a huge success for us. Our swimmers have had a chance to practice in state of the art facilities with very good professionals running everything. From day one they open their facilities to all the Olympic Teams that have been here training. I can't speak for the other countries and teams but I really want to thank everyone for everything. We have been here for 15 days and honestly it has gone by very quickly.

If you ever need to do a swim camp or sports camp in this part of the world I recommend you this Sports Park. Also the University dorms in walking distance from the pool are very nice accommodations.

Well THANK YOU all for everything and for making so far our Olympic Experience a very good one. Tomorrow we move to the Olympic Village and the show will start very soon.

Are You Ready For FAST SWIMMING?

I know I am and can't wait to start with the races.

Thanks for following this blog ;-)

Food Truck - Team Singapore

Finally we have all the swimmers from Team Singapore that will race at the Olympic Games here at Surrey University.

Team Singapore has done a tremendous job to have the best scenario possible for our swimmers to get ready to perform at the highest level possible. We even have our own Chef that makes all of our meals at the food truck in the picture below. I can tell you that so far the food is delicious and very well balance for our athletes. We also have a Nutritionist that is working with the Chef to make sure everything is right.

Very impressed with the way they have organized this trip to provide the best situation possible for the athletes.

Now we just need to keep training, resting and believing and we will have great results in a couple of weeks. The swimmers so far seem in great spirits.

Thank you Team Singapore!
