Very happy with the way Joseph swam st practice today. Still twenty one more before he swims but looking pretty good. We will keep taking one day at a time.

Today the nutritionist and the massage therapist for team Singapore arrived to Surrey to take care of the team.

Just wanted to share this picture of Joseph while doing the Roger exercises and give some PR to our team sponsor 😉
