After almost two years of my last post I am going to write about one of my dear friends Mark Howard aka Howiee.

I meet Howiee over 20 years ago in Tucson Arizona when I started coaching at Hillenbrand Aquatics of Tucson. We have been friends since then.

For many years we talked about rebuilding my 1996 Sporter Harley. Around September he came to Auburn and took my bike home.

Howiee has been involved with swimming as a coach and as a rep of different swim companies but one of his true passions is to rebuild cars, trucks and bikes. Howiee has his shop set up in ……. Ohio and it is named HDKustoms (hdkustoms.com).

Howiee and his partners did an amazing job rebuilding my bike that was parked in my garage without even starting since 2005.

Here is the final product that Howiee and the HDKustoms delivered. Amazing transformation.
