By Sergio López Miró

August 4, 2012

Here I am four years later at the last session of the Olympics which will mask the end and the start of four years of hard work.

Today it is an exciting day for the Bahamas, The Auburn Nation and our Bolles Tradition. Ariana Vanderpool-Wallace will be swimming the final of the 50 Free. First time in the History of Bahamian swimming that a swimmer makes an Olympic Final. You rock Ariana.

No better way to finish the 2012 Olympic Games.

Ariana we are all Proud of You. Now it is time to be relax, take a deep breath, enjoy the moment and swim with No Fear!!!

Everything is possible. BELIEVE!

Thanks to Coach Brett Hawke and the coaching staff at Auburn for everything they do. We had two Bolles Alumni swim here in London that currently swim at Auburn: Megan Fonteno and Ariana Vanderpool-Wallace. THANK YOU!

Now time for FAST Swimming!
